What do I need to start?
A screen and a device that can open a web page in full screen: a smart TV with a browser, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, an Android TV box, a Windows PC or mini-PC, a Chromebox or a Raspberry Pi. Plus internet (Wi-Fi or cable).
Do you install anything for me?
PosterOnTV is fully self-serve: you open app.posterontv.com/tv on the screen, type the code into your dashboard, and you're live. Our Help pages walk you through each device step by step.
What is a "slide"?
One image or video in your library – a poster, a menu, a promotion. Any slide can play on any of your screens and in any of your playlists.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Screens keep playing the slides already saved on the device and pick up changes when the connection is back. If a screen is offline for 45 minutes, we can email you.
How fast do changes show up?
Usually within a minute after you save.
Can screens start by themselves after a power cut?
Yes, set the device to open the player at start-up: install it as an app on Windows and add it to Startup, or use kiosk mode on a Chromebox or Raspberry Pi. Our Help pages show how.
Can I change or cancel my package?
Yes, anytime, from your account. If a payment fails, your screens keep playing for 7 days while you update your card.
Which countries do you serve?
Anywhere with internet. Prices are in US dollars, and Stripe accepts cards and many local payment methods.
